Second Valid Passport Application

You can use this service if:

• You are over the age of 16
• You have a full-validity 10-year passport in your possession
• Your 10-year passport is undamaged
• You require visas to several countries on an ongoing basis
• A foreign country will deny a visa, because your current passport shows trips to certain countries

Requirements:

2. US passport renewal application form DS-82 online
   Fill out renewal application form online to avoid processing delays. We can complete online application for you at no additional charge – please contact our office for a paper application.
3. The original valid 10-year passport (will be returned with your Second passport). You must present your current valid 10-year passport. There are no exceptions to this rule when applying for a Second Valid passport for the first time. If you are renewing your Second Valid passport, you must provide the passport you are renewing and may be able to use a photocopy of the valid 10-year passport.
4. One passport-size photo (2"x2", front of the face, plain white background, sharp quality, no glasses or accessories)
5. Request for a Second Valid Passport based on the sample
6. Letter of explanation when unable to provide the primary 10-year passport, based on the template. Besides the explanation letter, you must provide a photocopy of the valid 10-year passport. This is only allowed when renewing a Second Valid passport. The letter cannot be used when applying for a Second Valid passport for the first time.
7. Evidence of travel – airline reservation, travel itinerary, letter from employer. If you do not have either of these items, please contact our office.
8. Payment of the government fee in the amount of $190 in the form of a personal check or money order check or a money order made out to the US Department of State with your full name, date of birth and address listed on the memo line.

You can pay the applicable government fees to our company with a credit or debit card when using this service.

Second Valid passport book is valid for 4 years and can be renewed or replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

You cannot have a “Second Valid Passport Card.”

The above documents need to be brought or shipped to our office. For a faster delivery and accurate tracking we recommend using FedEx, UPS, or trackable USPS service.
