Passport Renewal Application

You can use this service if:

• You are over the age of 16
• You have the passport that needs to be renewed in your possession
• Your passport was issued less than 15 years ago
• You were over the age of 16 when your passport was issued (it is/was valid for 10 years)
• Your passport is undamaged

Requirements:

1. Travel and Visa Order Form
   Complete our order form

   

2. US passport renewal application form DS-82 online
   Fill out renewal application form online to avoid processing delays. We can complete online application for you at no additional charge – please contact our office for a paper application.
3. The original 10-year passport that needs to be renewed
4. The original Passport Card (if you were issued one before), regardless of whether you are renewing one ore not
5. One passport-size photo (2"x2", front of the face, plain white background, sharp quality, no glasses or accessories)/li>
6. Evidence of travel – airline reservation, travel itinerary, letter from employer. If you do not have either of these items, please contact our office.
7. Payment of the government fee in the amount of $190 in the form of a personal check or money order check or a money order made out to the US Department of State with your full name, date of birth and address listed on the memo line.
8. If you would like to obtain or renew a Passport Card in addition to the Passport Book, please indicate that on your DS-82 application form and add $30 to the government fees.

You can pay the applicable government fees to our company with a credit or debit card when using passport renewal service.

The above documents need to be brought or shipped to our office. For a faster delivery and accurate tracking we recommend using FedEx, UPS, or trackable USPS service.
