Ghanaian Tourist Visa

Requirements:

1. Visa Application Form thoroughly completed online or by hand
2. One Passport-size photo – 2” x 2”, white background, sharp quality, no glasses or accessories, taken in the last 6 months.
3. Original passport - signed, valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from Russia, with two blank visa-designated pages side-by-side.
4. A copy of round-trip flight itinerary
5. Proof of accommodation booking for the duration of stay in Ghana or an invitation letter from the host with contact information of the host, purpose and duration of the visit, address of accommodation, host’s signature and date.
6. A copy of the host’s valid Ghanaian passport or Ghanaian ID (if applicable).
7. Valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate. All travelers above nine (9) months old coming into Ghana are required to have been vaccinated against Yellow Fever at least ten days before the proposed date of travel and where already vaccinated the duration of the vaccination status should not be more than ten years before entering Ghana.
8. Signature sample on a plain piece of paper.
9. For non-US citizens – photocopies of both sides of permanent resident card, long-term US visa and/or document(s) showing current legal status in the US. Please note that if you hold dual citizenship (that of the US and another country), you must use your US passport when applying in the US.
10. Nigerian citizens with expired Nigerian passports applying for a Nigerian visa with their US passport must include a photocopy of their expired Nigerian passport.
11. For minor applicants, the following documents are to be enclosed:
    • A photocopy of the birth certificate
    • Letters of consent from both parents (separate by each parent) - typed, signed, dated, notarized. Each letter must state that the lawful custodial parent and/or non-custodial parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the child give their consent for the minor to travel with the specified accompanying person to Ghana.
    • Photocopies of both parents' valid US (or non-US) passports (foldout of bio data pages)
